It's that kinda creepy feeling you get when a cat walks past you and you go "Whoa! I just felt like I was Keanu Reeves for a second there! Dude!" Deja-vu is one of the world's leading causes of hand-injury, as those strongly afflicted by it often attempt to punch through brick walls.
