Brief Description
This one is a bit more complex, as there are technically to versions of him. Base versions are 17 year old Elledian Mad Scientists. The original version was fair the War Redux RP. The current version is Lighter and Softer by far, as he's the MKRP version of the character. His issues have been replaced with a tonne of eccentricities and he's generally used for comic relief. Also, he's Science is better, yet explodes more. Or does something else weird. Like turn into a flamingo when reintegrating with the correct Time/Place stamp.
