Brief History: Born in the Platonic Collective, he was thrown to the Wastes at a young age because of his weak muscles, mild insanity, and "weak" magical abilities. Turns out that his "useless" spells made him well suited to survive in the Wastes. Living in the Wastes on his own (well, accompanied by a neurotic coyote) has given him a small amount of notoriety, and people occasionally venture into the Wastes to seek his advise (which he gives freely) or attempt to recruit him.
