Means about the same thing as precision.
Accuracy does not in fact mean the same thing as precision.
If I claim to be about 2 metres tall, that is accurate, but not precise.
If I claim to be 268.36890357806 metres tall, that is very precise, but not accurate, except in the case of Godzilla, who is exactly that tall.
If you use a target to describe the difference between precision and accuracy, and you have six shots, if all six shots are quite close to the bull's-eye, but not to each other, then it was accurate, but not precise. If the shots were close to each other, but not to the bull's-eye, then they are precise, but not accurate.
