Physical description: She is relatively pretty. She is very trim considering she doesn’t do much physical activity. Wears reading glasses but doesn’t seem to need them at times. She has green eyes that glow sometimes, though she has yet to notice.
Personality: Jess is an introvert, and spends most of her time reading. She has few close friends, and no casual friends. Is nice to people and doesn’t like to hurt their feelings. Reads lots of fantasy and believes that magic works the same way it does in her books, but hasn’t actively tried it.
Brief history: Born and raised to the age of 10 in Edmonton. The reason she left was because of an embarrassing incident involving a fire hose, a trolley of books, and a giant fan. Since then she has lived in Moperville with her parents. After arriving at Moperville people began calling her a freak. She doesn’t know why they do this. Jess has met Rose before when Rose helped her find a book she was looking for
Abilities: She has the ability to remember anything she reads in a story; she learned recently from Dr. Lowell that her power, both telepathy and telekinesis, are linked to her emotions, the more unstable her emotions become the more powerful her powers get but the less control she has over them
Weaknesses: Reads constantly, she can’t stop reading once she starts without good reason ie. Food, money, or friends; doesn’t pay attention to much else while reading; sucks at video games; has very poor self esteem and doesn’t like feeling different.

Background: born and raised to the age of 10 in Edmonton. The reason she left was because of an embarrassing incident including a fire hose, trolley of books, and a giant fan. Since then she has lived in Moperville with her parents. After arriving at Moperville people began calling her a freak because her powers began to manifest. after living in Moperville for 6 years Jess finally made a friend. the next year her powers fully activated, she made many friends including two greater chimeras who introduced her to Tedd. after many battles with various enemies she decided that the normal life didn't suit her, so she ended up joining the TF.
Special abilities: Jess is a psychic, she can move things with her mind, fly, shoot 'Psy Blasts', and has telepathy/empathy.
Equipment: Battle suit, TF gun, blaster, stasis gun, extra power pack with charger.

Physical description: Jess is of an average height and has brown hair, which falls slightly past her shoulders. She has green eyes which are usually hidden behind her reading glasses. While, in her opinion, her figure has room for improvement, she is still quite pretty.
Personality: Jess is an introvert, and spends most of her time reading. She has few close friends and no casual friends. Is nice to people and doesn’t like to hurt their feelings. Reads lots of fantasy and believes that magic works the same way it dose in her books but hasn’t actively tried it.
Brief history: born and raised to the age of 10 in Edmonton. Her family moved when her father got a job teaching at MopervilleU. Since then she has lived in Moperville with her parents. After arriving at Moperville Jess had trouble making friends. The reason for this was her shyness and psychic powers starting to immerge. Not many people noticed the strange happenings going on around Jess, but those that did spread lots of rumours; causing Jess to be branded as ‘the witch’. In the last year Jess met three people who greatly improved her life, the first is Augie, who Jess considers her best friend; the second is Leo, who Jess has a crush on but is too shy to talk about it; and the third is Wally who Jess met and became friends with over the summer.
Abilities: despite the fact that Jess hasn’t practiced in four years she is quite the gymnast and has good flexibility and agility. She is also psychic.
Weaknesses: Jess reads constantly, and doesn’t pay attention to much while reading. She also sucks at video games, has a fear of drowning, has very poor self esteem and doesn’t like feeling different.
About Jess’ powers: This time around, unless Jess is thrown into some major danger, she isn’t going to be nearly as powerful. At this point all Jess can do is make doors open for her and basically similar small things. Her empathy is still just as strong as before though.
