A form on the TF gun, it transforms anyone into a girl with rather large breasts, and also adds some sort of universally attractive pheromone. For a while, anyway. FV5 also approximately doubles the subject's hair length and makes all persons zapped with it the same hight.
It is the most common addition on TF guns. Most devices come equipped with this form standard. Sometimes they are even preset to that setting.
