The Cat-Eyed Eagle, is one of the most camoflouged of all Devonshire's birds.

Description
Beautiful Patterns, looking like a forest it moves with grace and speed. Can change colour, to blend in, but it usually looks like a forest. Its pupils are horizontal, that's how it got its name. Said to be able to change colour, no one really knows what it really looks like. Yellow Eyes, orange beak, colourful crest, plumes on bottom of throat. Its usually the colours of a forest.
