The Pied Harrier (Circus melanoleucos) is a species of harrier found in south and south-east Devonshire.

A beautiful, unmistakable black-and-white raptor. Its head and wingtips are black. Its breast and wings are white. see picture
Range
Southern Glennshire to Devonshire East.
Conservation status
