The Water Horse (Equus aquatica) is dubious species of Devonshire mythology. No one knows if it's real or not.

Description
A light to bright blue horse-like creature. Looks as though if it was made out of water. Said to be able to walk on water. Only appears when the waves are really high and crashing. Said to be only 4'-5' tall.
Real, or not?
No one is actually sure. There have been several sightings of them in pelagic (open) ocean. Occasionally, some people said they walk on the waves created by boats. Others say it swims, like a real horse.
