Choose the Daughter

From Create Your Own Story

You are playing as the Daughter. Her name is Rebekah Crawford, but everyone knows better to call her as Beckah. For the purpose of describing her to you, my reader, she has long, straight blond hair with blue extensions, a pale face with brown eyes, a nose and eyebrow piercing, full lips, a shapely hourglass figure, and enjoys wearing sexy, revealing clothing that no teenage daughter should ever wear.

She is you.

Your morning begins like any other morning. Your alarm clock ring, ring, rings, making your headache that has been a result of last night's partying even worse, and you end up shoving it off of your nightstand. The room goes silent. You are awake, but just barely. Your mind teeters on the edge of the darkness, and just as you are about to fall into it--

"GET UP!"

Someone sits on your bed and ends up hurting your leg. Your eyes open and you turn over to see your brother, Matthew, smiling back at you. You two are fraternal twins, which is really odd, because you and Matthew look nothing alike. He has black hair and blue eyes, while you are blond and have brown eyes.

"Leave me alone..." you grumble to him as you kick him off your bed and hide under the covers. Matthew won't go away. Typical, he has never left you alone in your life.

"Mom says get up! You're going to be late--again!" he yells at you, but you don't listen. You hear him stalk out of the room and slam your door shut. Your head hurts from this, throbbing with a pulse, but you know you couldn't stay in bed all day. Mother is a housewife. She'll know if you miss school.

After a few minutes of lying in bed, you finally get up out of it and slowly get dress. You brush your hair and crimp your blue extension, and then replace your earrings on your ear and add a ring to your nose. You smile at your reflection, and wonder if today is the day you finally get noticed by a boy at school.

You make your way downstairs and find that your father has already left for work. Your mother has prepared for you your breakfast, and was busy doing laundry. Matthew was already gone. He was heading to the bus early. Typical Matthew behavior. Always the good boy. Always the good, model student.

You eat your breakfast quickly so as not to get caught by your mother before she starts to question you about your whereabouts last night.

You then hurry upstairs to get your backpack. You might not need it today. You might just plan on ditching school altogether. You can't come home, but you can certainly go to the movies, to the arcade, or to the skate park.

You leave the house fifteen minutes to eight. School starts at eight. It's a thirty minute drive to the school with the bus or a car. It's an hour's walk there on foot. You were going to be late, so might as well ditch the entire day together.

But you also have a make-up test to do today, seeing as how you flaked on the original one previously.

So, what do you want to do?
