You continue moving your hand under Claire’s dress, feeling the skin of her upper thighs and the texture of her panties as they cover her hips. You second hand joins your first as both hands move to the elastic band that holds her panties in place.

As soon as Claire feels you start to pull her panties down, Claire backs away from you, her hands preventing yours from accomplishing their mission. “Sorry,” she says with a smile, “You haven’t earned that.”
