you pull out your blessed phone and call the number. a few minutes later a voice comes on "Bonjour et merci pour appeler d'AAA, quel est votre urgence ?", you cry into the phone " hello? does anyone there speak english?". "Que dites-vous ? Je ne peux pas vous comprendre" you render it useless and hang up. on inspection you see you have reached a fork in the road.
