A loud shot rings out and breaks your concentration. You feel a warm, stinging pain in your stomach and know that the worst has happened.

A sniper's bullet has hit you but not from afar and not from a rifle. The Sniper used your own revolver to shoot you in the stomach. Your grip on the pillow is weakened and the sniper uses force to throw you off of him. As you lie on the hard floor and stare up at the dark, vast and endless ceiling, the Sniper points your revolver in your face and pulls the trigger.

The Ceiling isn't so dark anymore...it's been lightened by the color of red.
