You start singing. After a few minutes you get a small crowd and people are putting in money until...

"I'm sorry but you will have to stop singing. You will need a certificate in this area to sing for money."
"But, sir!"
"I know, I would like you to continue but rules are rules. I'll give you $10 if you go, how 'bout that?"
"Sounds nice to me."
"Great, here's the money."
He hands you $10. You both head in different directions. You find a bench to sit down in the local park and see the money you collected. You collected $25 from the singing and from the council worker.
