D&D: Female Human Fighter

As the sun lazily settles behind your back, the weight on your feet feels lifted. You have finally ended your long march and you take a deep breath. You reached your destination, the outskirts of the forest on the base of the Sword Mountains, near Waterdeep. If your information was correct, somewhere in these woods you will find the ruins of a tower belonging to Krag the Pretty Awesome, a legendary adventurer of an age long past.

The caravan master that you guarded last month was a decent man and gifted you with this knowledge when you parted ways, promising that you would find here Krag’s hoard, or at least some of his fabled weapons. You thought a treasure this old might have been taken long ago, but this was just too good of an opportunity to pass up, so you walked the last five days alone to this forest, with dreams of magical weapons and enchanted artifacts waiting to be found.

Sweat makes you olive skin shine, moving from your jet black hair to your thick brows and falling off your nose and chin. You have strong features, from your dark eyes to the sharp lines of your cheeks. Your hair is pulled back tight, forming a simple braid that doesn’t interfere with physical activity. There are many small cuts and scars on your skin, some new and some old, but they do not take anything away from your natural beauty. Underneath your clothes and armor there is a tall muscular body at its peak, both feminine and strong that easily gives away the truth about your profession and training. Long slim legs with tight muscles, supporting a well rounded ass that turns many heads with its gravity defying firmness. Combined with a flat stomach with defined lines and broad shoulders, they give you an hourglass figure distinctly different from other women. Your breasts are noticeable under your armor without being too big to ever impede your athleticism.

You are well prepared for battle and well supplied. Sturdy scale armor protects most of your upper body, leaving your neck and face exposed while your arms are covered with smaller pieces of the same material. Two screens of the same material are tied to your shoulders instead of simple pauldrons, in the style of the warriors from the foreign lands this armor was made in. The armor comes down to your upper thighs and metal plates cover your shins. The whole suit is covered in a layer of black lacquer, with a thin coat of dirt in desperate need of cleaning. Under your armor you are wearing a long sleeved purple shirt of cheap but durable manufacture and a matching short skirt. Weathered leather boots come up the length of your legs, ending just below the skirt, leaving a strip of skin exposed.

You carry a masterwork quality battleaxe, with a small round shield and a brand new composite bow hanging from your back. You also have a few knives hidden in your belt and boots. You have brought a few useful potions and adventuring supplies in your backpack but your dried rations are almost depleted. A small symbol of Tempus and a few lucky charms hang from your neck.

You think to yourself you could start exploring the forest with the few rays of the sun remaining or get some rest here and start fresh in the morning. Regarding your depleting rations, you think you could certainly hunt in the forest but it takes time and you can see a village just a couple of hours away, with the promise of hot food and fresh rations making your mouth wet. You try to shut off any dark thoughts of the tower being empty and the logic of you even being here instead of the city of Waterdeep.

D&D: HFF: Move inside the forest now

D&D: HFF: Rest until morning

D&D: HFF: Head to the nearby village

D&D: HFF: This is pointless, move towards Waterdeep
