You inspect the droid for a minute, it is relatively old but seems in a pretty good condition considering it’s age. The box probably protected him from the rough sand and the wind. It of course doesn’t activate when you try to start him up, he must have no batteries left. You look around, trying to find it’s charger. You find it under a meter of sand, now you’ve got half the problem solved. You now need a power source.
You sight. You probably can look up the ceiling to search for a power source still functional, but it may take a long while. You could tear the droid into pieces and sell them, it would take less time and still give you something to bring back to Nima Outpost. However, Unkar always paid more for operational droids, you remember the jealousy you felt seeing that scavenger getting 20 portions for an old R3 unit. A humanoid droid like that, if functioning, could worth... at least twice.
The course of this afternoon will depend on this choice, what do you do?
