Shoot Holly

You have to make a decision now. Taking a deep breath, you shoot Holly in the head.

"Thanks, Marina," says Annabelle as Holly's corpse falls. The nurse stands up straight.

"Why would she..." you begin.

That's as far as you get. With blazing speed and the skill of a trained kickboxer, Annabelle kicks the gun out of your hands. It flies up into the air and she catches it neatly with one hand. She smirks as she aims it at you.

"Shit," is all you say, hanging your head as you realize you made the wrong decision.

Annabelle laughs. "That's right, it was me. Me and Joe all along."

"But WHY?! Holly and Jack were so nice to you..."

"Yeah. They were TOO nice. Kept inviting all these strangers into the castle. It would have been only a matter of time before someone fucked up and got us all killed. So we made a plan. The whole thing was Joe's idea. With his fake injury, he could sabotage things and no one would ever suspect him. We worked together to get the others killed off one by one. When their numbers were few enough, we'd just shoot the rest. After that, I was planning on turning on Joe and killing him off too. Then I'd have the whole castle to myself. But I guess Holly took care of that for me. And you took care of her." She laughs.

You begin to tremble as you realize the magnitude of what you've done. "You'll never get away with this..."

"Oh, but I will. I'll just say it was Joe working by himself and that he murdered you and Holly before I killed him. I can take care of Jack and the others in due time. But now, it's your turn. Don't worry, I'm a nurse, so I know just where to shoot so you won't feel a thing." She takes aim at your heart.

The beautiful but deadly woman smiles as she pulls the trigger. True to her word, you are dead before the sound reaches you.
