Break into an occupied stall

You reach under the closest stall and unlock it. You throw the door open and see a pretty redhead sitting on the toilet.
"Whoa, Krissi!" the girl exclaims. "What are you doing!"
You search through your memories and recognize her as Lisa. The two of you have known each other for a long time. She is you co-captain on the cheerleading squad. You grab her and push her off of the toilet, with her pants still down to her ankles. She stumbles and quickly pulls them back up, but not before you catch a glimpse of her nude butt.
With no time to waste, you drop your panties and skirt and throw yourself onto the porcelain seat. You start pushing and groaning, which initially just releases foul noises, but the log eventually escapes and lands in the toilet with a sickening splash.
Lisa watches you with a mixture of shock and laughter on her face as you continue to strain. A second blast follows as diarrhea floods out of your ass, filing the bathroom with sickening splattering noises. Exhausted, you wipe your asshole quickly and hop off of the toilet.
As you flush your mess down, Lisa comes back in. "Next time, please let me finish before you need to release."
