You must be ready for war in 1943. You demand that production of your new nuclear arsenal and the next generation of tanks be accelerated. By November, your army is nearly one million soldiers strong as well as tens of thousands of machines and nuclear devices. You are ready to mobilize, but there are other issues that have arisen as a result of your actions. Parts of the Great Plains have become nearly barren, and people in the far west of your territory complain of a lack of power and protection. It would seem that the immense amounts of electricity your nuclear programs produce does not yet reach the other end of the plains, where people fear that they will be unable to protect themselves if something comes over the rockies. You cannot handle any of these pressing issues at the same time that you are so focused on military production, but it is possible to mobilize a small number of the forces you presently have.
