"I'm sorry Bull I can't do that you'll have to leave." Bull takes a long look at you with a sad look upon his face before he turns and walks away, you have one last chance to call back *Agree but with conditions(IE/WF) before he leaves.
You don't stop him and they all leave without a fuss over the next few weeks the decision brings up pangs of regret but life is full of regrets maybe if you had your time over again things would be different but who knows.
