You recollect on that fatal day. The people of Rivera and their city had many seasons ago been subjugated by your people. They were second class citizens, but that didn’t suit them. Last year they rebelled and slaughter the people from the seven mountains that were in control of their city. But they didn’t stop there, any sign of your peoples culture and identity were erased from the city, like you never been there.
Your father was outraged, what insolence! To your delight he choose you to lead the armies as a pass of manhood for you as your five brothers over the age of thirteen lead several units of troops. You were only sixteen and you remember clearly the joy of driving your enemies before you and hearing the terrified screams of their women.
Today only feral wolfs inhabit the ruins of Rivera. The men were killed, the females and child enslaved. the night before you killed the king of Rivera you raped his wife with intent to impregnated before you threw her to the troops to satisfied their desires and took his oldest daughters for yourself. The youngest of the five was given the privilege of beheading the king the next morning before your troops moved out and went back home to the seven mountains.
