ShinCalibur:Link, Nightmare, then Cervantes.
From Create Your Own Story
Link was a no brainer. And choosing Sieg was obvious of me. But, if he drives me back, I knock 'em good with the last.
Leo had used his phone beforehand to look up the tier rankings. He had found out Ivy and Cervantes were the ones in Rank-0 tier, being the highest. Leo figured Aeris would be Link, who was in Tier-2.
"Time's done." Aeris said. "Ready".
That said they began by entering the "Extra VS. Battle" mode. "Go on, choose a character." Leo said.
"Uh-uh. You usually win, so, you choose yours first."
"*sigh* Point."
Leo selected Necrid and Chaos as his weapon, whom was ranked the highest of Tier-1, Necrid being the complete closest to that of Cervantes and Ivy.
"Necrid, huh? Not a stupid choice, I'll give you that, " she commented as she chose Link.
'He chose Chaos for the weapon.' he must've looked it up or something in order to know what it REALLY does.' she thought to herself.
"Wha.., wait.." Leo blurted slightly. "Hnn?" "You're not using Great Fairy's sword?! But why are you even using Soul Edge?? You're health'll deteriorate all over like crazy!" Leo exclaimed. "So?, Great Fairy's sword is dumb, looks like its made out of papier-mâché, and is colored like it was made for Zelda or something. Plus, it only has the weakass and defense of his basic default weapon." she said.
"..It's only purpose is to heal, but in that sense, I would be better off with Cane of Byrna, which had totally much more defense than they dumb mâché-asscrap." she added. "Fine, fine, Geez." Leo interjected.
As the battle commenced Aeris ended up the victor. 'Man, we're born into Zelda. It's only natural the person being Link would win.' his conscience imposed.
"Curses.." he said boringly, and somehow unsurprised at his outcome of that fight.
"I'll win the next two all as this one." He then selected Ivy, and Dream Blade because of the design.
"..!" Aeris became surprised and knew full well of what would happen if she is fought. Even though Cervantes and Ivy are equal tier, they each counteract each other conversely. Cervantes is about mind games and combos lead mostly by counter hits and Ivy is about juggling people and hitting them all over at long and close range but mostly long range.
Will you still go with Sieg?
