A) A v-neck shirt, khakis pants, and some sneakers.

B) No underwear, of course.

C) I exemplify fashion - always. Give me my faded blues; where is my teal cardigan?; these shoes are fabulous!; why did I EVER buy that halter top?

D) I wear whatever. I'm a temporary sex god - for all they care, I could wear a suit of ham.
