From Create Your Own Story
A long, single file line snakes its way out of the gym with you at its head. The thirty of you are silent other than Erin, who is wailing loudly. You try to ignore the panic creeping in your brain.
The phone has to work,you tell yourself. If it doesn't, I don't know what we're going to do.
After a few minutes of solemn marching, the line reaches the office. Erin runs in. You begin to follow until you hear her scream suddenly, and just as suddenly, stop. The entire line freezes.
The fire alarm goes off after that. The feedback from the loudspeakers as they turn on is painfully loud. You flinch.
A woman with the voice of a ailing and narcisstic queen begins to speak. "Tsk, tsk. Don't you children understand fire drills?"
Neither you nor your fellow students recognize her, but she could be a new office worker.
Somehow, you doubt it.
You hear her exaggeratedly sigh. "Report to the football field. Classes are no longer in session."
Everyone begins whispering, torn between wondering about Erin, amd the crazy office lady.
