Throw the invader out the window

He's a bit heavy, but you manage to drag the unconscious thief over to your window. You open the window and push him out. He comes to just in time to grab the windowsill with one hand before he plummets down the five stories to the ground.
"Help!" the thief shouts. "Please, lady! Pull me back up! I'm just a thief! I ain't never hurt nobody!"
