You can still try the risk of getting on the ship and planning you act from there. It will be hard and who knows how you will be treated on the ship. You'll need to do a cover again.
The sailor offers to help you find a way back to Murmansk, but you'll need to obey him and follow his advice.
Or you can go alone. That will be very much riskier.
