"Sorry lass," you apologize to Raquel as you put the pistol to her temple and pull the trigger.

The pistol clicks empty.

"Good enough," says the Pirate King, his smile widening. "I'm glad I can count on you... Loyal men are hard to come by." Then he grows serious. "This is a very dangerous mission. You cannot fail... I will be extremely displeased if you do. See, my eldest son, Captain Edward the Red, got captured by the Royal Navy during a naval battle near the town of Drakesport. They're now threatening to have him executed if I continue to raid their ships. Of course, I'm not going to give in to their threats... but still, my son's death would be awfully inconvenient. I'd be most happy if someone could break him out of Drakesport's jail and bring him back to me. Do you think you can succeed?"

"Count on me! I'll bring your son back to you safe and sound."

"Meh, sounds complicated. Let's try something easier."
