Hello CatsPaw13. The category Platypus was talking about means, on each new page of your story, you will add [[Category:Your Story Name]]. It should be the same for every page that you create for that story.
As for the question of which category, that depends what material you will put in it. Think of it like movies. Family Friendly = G, PG-13 is, well, PG-13, Mature = R, Adult = NC-17.
