The man looks at you for a moment, puzzled. He was obviously not expecting this answer. He spits out a lump of bread. In a very upper class Brish accent he says, "Awfully sorry, old bean, this got lodged in my throat. I hope I didn't offend you, chum. Name's Jeremy, by the way." He offers his hand.
