You unlock your door and pull it open, staring up at a tall, sandy-golden wolf, his gray-blue eyes going wide as he looks down at you.
"A human?!" he says in surprise. "I haven't seen a human in a while." He gives you a second look, his gaze slow and hungry. "Mind if I come in?"
