After weeks and weeks without another human being to talk to, you receive a call from Taylor's Landing, a small mining station that hangs in orbit near the ring system of a Saturn-like planet. The station belongs to Amethyst Corporation, a small mining company in danger of being bought out by a larger firm backed by the government. You can tell from the state of repair their station is in that the company isn't doing well. You guess that you are about to do them a huge favor by giving them this priceless astronomical data, which they can use to find new sources of metals and gases. Hopefully their price will reflect that!
But that will come soon enough. First you have to land your ship.
