You go to the front of the plane to ask one of the airline staff what is wrong with the heating system. The staff member tells you that he does not know why the climate control is malfunctioning and refers you to another staff member in a room to the side of the main corridor. You enter to find him sprawled across the ground, his head some distance away from his decapitated corpse.
