You decide to continue on. With your memory, you are bound to get lost somehow, not that you were stupid, but easily excited. You sigh at yourself and continue on the stone path, your wooden sandals making a 'clip clop' with every step. (It sounded like a horse, you muse.)
You step on the flat ground and look around. It seems that you had gone through the back entrance, as there are no guards or rather, anyone. Looking around once more, you decide to confirm whether if this was Oshuu Castle or not. Everything seems so surreal, you never could know... The blue tiled roof, the ebony flooring, and structure indicated careful construction, and a hell load of money and people to build. It was large, and as the history book told her, the castle had no high walls surrounding them because they were confident that they could defend themselves. You smile in admiration at the sweet, sweet, realistic fantasy. You see a blue clothed man heading toward you, and you wonder how you didn't hear his footsteps. He raises a curious eyebrow, as if it were to question why you were there.
You immediately blush, "I-I'm sorry!" Though, you weren't quite sure why you were apologizing. Was it for intruding without warning or was it out of embarrassment at meeting the man you had always wanted to see ever since you had the game? "I'm- I'm here to deliver a letter," you say evenly after calming down. Apparently, you didn't see the amused twinkle in his lone eye nor a small smirk just itching to appear on his face. Even if you did, you would probably react just the same. At the end of your rather short explanation, he couldn't help but chuckle.
"And who might you be?" the Dragon of Oshuu asks, his good eye never looking away from you.
You tell him your name and say, "I'm the messenger for my father... the- the blacksmith." You proceed to take out the letter and give it to him. Masamune takes it in stride and carefully slides the letter into his hidden pocket.
"Well," he starts, "now that that's taken care of, allow me to properly introduce myself, though you probably may already know me." A snort almost leaves your mouth; as if anyone wouldn't know who he was. You let a smile slip out however. He seems to notice you struggling to keep yourself composed and takes amusement in it. "The name's Date Masamune. You're that one farmer girl from today, aren't you?"
You smile and your heart flutters at the thought of the Date Masamune simply speaking to you. You are just that much of a fan-girl. You nod and unconsciously tilt your head in question, "...Why do you ask?"
Masamune looks pointedly at the sword at your waist. "The sword looks pretty nice; do you know how to use it?"
You create an embarrassed face and shake your head. "I do want to learn how though, but..." You are a farmer girl, your father was busy, and-
"I can teach you, if you'd like."
You blink. "R-really?"
Masamune seems a bit embarrassed, for what reason, you didn't know. He rubs his neck and shrugs, "It wouldn't hurt." He flicks his attention towards the path behind you. "Yo, Kojuurou!" ((Unfinished))
