Using type A and type B is a simpler way to categorize people's personalities. People with type A personalities tend to be more high strung, but also more organized and ambitious. Type B people are more laid back. They don't really break their backs for success, but take it as it comes. Most people don't fit into only one of these categories, but lean a little more toward one or the other.
