As he punches your arm a loud crack is hurt, he broke your arm! You fall over onto the ground not expecting the blow and grab your arm, it doesn't make it any better. One of your friends runs off to get a doctor while the others help you up, the guy who punched you just stands there in shock wondering what he has just done.
