You kick the man in the face. Oh shitnap! It turns out you're wearing a pair of spikey boots, and you stab through his face, killing him.
You've just won a barfight!
You shuffle through the man's pack to find a Lesser Elixir of Stopthebleeding. It stops the bleeding of your foot. You grab the pack and exit the establishment back to the busy street before the fuzz arrives.
