Tessa decided that having a drink was far better than attending any wedding. Leaving the church, she quickly found a bar only a block away. It was called the Red Sister and it was a relaxed place where night shift workers wanted to go while the rest of the world thought it was too early for a cocktail. Naturally, all eyes turned as she entered; after all, she was dressed up for a wedding.
Stepping up to the bar, she shifted her dress to take a seat on the stool, and smiled at the bartender.
"What'cha having, hun?" the bartender said. The brown haired man was in his 30's, a few tattoos snaking across his arms, but generally in good shape. He looked like he graduated from college bar--and unlike most industries--was heading down the ladder.
"White wine, please," Tessa smiled.
While the bartender got out the glass, her neighbor, a younger Hispanic man leaned over and smiled, "Just get off work?"
"Wedding," she clarified.
"Here's your drink, you wanna start a tab?"
What should she do?
