You stand there waiting another couple seconds to see if you silly secretary comes around the corner. As you start to feel yourself get mad, you hear a soft chime. When you finally stare down at your phone to see who sent you a message, you realize you have three. It you a couple seconds to realize Julie has sent you one. You open it up. 

  “In the bathroom, come get me.” 

You are working yourself up in a mood as you close the text message. What the fuck is she doing in the bathroom, texting me?  She needs to be here, working, at her job.  You stomp through the nearly empty office. Where is everyone? We still have an hour and half. Why is texting me? I am not her friend or her mom I am her boss. You get madder and madder. 
 
You let your anger boil for a minute but your Mothering eventually takes over. Julie is a sweet girl. She reminds me of my daughter you think. Not just in body wise but she is sweet and kind, the type of person people take advantage of.  She is also great at her job even though she is not the most traditional employee but she definitely has a future.  You feel your mood lighten as you enter the bathroom.  You feel even guilty when you hear soft crying.  “Julie, Honey, is that you?”   

Silence   

“Yes Mrs. Warner,” you hear Julie reply trying to stifle tears “ I am sorry I wasn’t… I just had to come here for a little bit.”

“It’s okay,” as you find the stall she is in “can I come in dear?”    

“Yes Mrs. Warner…. I am sooo sorry.”  

You open the stall slowly and see this beautiful red head sitting on the toilet with her panties around her ankles and her hands in her face.  You close the door quickly 

“Oh…I can let you finish up first.  I didn’t mean to barge in…”

“Oh,” she says in a small wounded voice. “I am not doing anything… please come in. I am sorry, I just can’t win today.” She continues to softly cry.
    

You open the door again and pier in.  “Julie? What is wrong, do you want to talk about?”   

You move into the stall with her sliding all the way in and patting her back. Do you want to talk? 

After a few sniffles, she turns to you and starts to tell you about what is troubling her. 

“ You see,” she says with a one last sniffle “I had a boyfriend, I guess still have and he was all like you should be more wild and so I was like into whatever cause I wanted to make him happy…”   

She starts talking about her relationship issues…. Do you ….
