Take cover from the rain under an overhang across from the piers

You decide to take cover under the overhang of an entrance to the Chinese Consulate, and you huddle against a door that is partially shielded from the downpour.
As you huddle in the corner, the rain doesn't stop it only gets harder. The light drizzle has now turned into a full out thunderstorm. Everywhere around you thunder and lighting hit, its getting pretty bad.
At that moment you think you see a dark shadowy figure in the distance. It could be just your imagination, but it is freaking you out.
Do you:
- Get up and run away as fast as possible
- Take out your flashlight and shine it in the figures direction
- Attack the figure
