You pull out of the underground garage and begin to slowly drive the streets.

Street by street you still don't see anyone, it all just seems so strange. You drive though Times Square, normally one of the busiest places in NYC, which is empty; the big screen is on static, and the news feeds are blank...you also pass Madison Square Garden/Penn Station (the station is in the arena's basement).

You continue to drive even more around the city faster, going way beyond the speed limit at speeds upwards of 60 miles per hour on normally busy New York streets.Normally you might find this fun-no traffic to slow you down, no police to pull you over. But right now, not seeing any people is just too creepy and unnerving, and you find you can't stay at ease. Your heart is beating unnaturally fast as each street you drive through is as empty as the last.

About 30 minutes of driving around recklessly and you give up. You come to the conclusion that there is indeed no-one here...not a soul.

Maybe everyone evacuated the city, some sort of terrorist attack? you think. Even as you think it you know it dosen't make any sense. Nothing has vanished except for the people... You try hard to clear your brain, and one thought rises to the surface: find someone. If there isn't anyone left in NY then there must be people outside of the city...right?

• Get out of the city as fast as possible
• Stay and check out the city some more
• Commit suicide by crashing the Volvo at its top speed
