Instead of obediently sucking his dick, you chomp down on his meat. The werewolf howls with pain and pulls his wounded prick away from you.
Unfortunately, you only get a minute to savor your victory before he rips your head off. He proceeds to rape your headless corpse, but since you're dead, you don't care very much.
