Fakedoctor McStupidaccentpantz is a myseterious pseudo-dramatic doctor. His similarities to the main characters of any television series on FOX are purely coincidental.
His parents had hundreds of children, all given stupid names. Most of them ironic. Fakedoctor is actually a very competent, possibly licensed, doctor.
He may or may not actually exist. We're not sure.

King Bio's Comics
A similar character appeared in King Bio's Comics. Their relation is unknown, but they are not the same.
CyberReaper
In CyberReaper, Fakedoctor rescues the disfigured title character Reaper from a burning builing by having Blackhole swallow him. They had to hit BH with a Kirby Superstar cartridge several times to get Reaper out.
He had Reaper outfitted with some spare parts he found in a dumpster. They included a microchip allowing Fakedoctor to electrocude Reaper and take control of his brain at any time.
CrazySweater
Fakedoctor is the caretaker of the CrazySweater Hotel. He appears in the comics only to help characters who have been horribly injured.
