It's an awfully long walk, but you figure you can use the exercise. It's better than facing that tranny again. You'll find some way to get your car back later.
You enter the office building and sit down behind your desk. You drift into a near-sleep state until the guy at the next desk pokes you into full wakefulness.
"You're in trouble now," the guy says. "Ms. Pierce has been looking for you all morning. You should go see her in her office before she comes out here looking for you."
