You struggle to open your eyes. You rub them and climb out of bed. Scratching your head you pick up your rusty dagger which is hardly any use. It did however save you from a bear attack once but only barely. You curse yourself for agreeing to meet somebody on a cold day like this. You hear footsteps coming up the stairs of the castle. Before they knock you open the door and yawn. "Excuse me" the man says in a high tone. "I have come with a message from Altran the great, he has also sent you a gift...". You smile at the man.
