But life in the CIA’s secret desert base wasn’t always miserable. There was a time after they patched you up, assigned you to a sterile white cell, and in between the painful experiments that there were some really good times.
For instance, after you had been there for a while and got to know some of the other ‘subjects’ and staff, the project director, Dr. King decided to celebrate your 5 year anniversary of your ‘admittance’ with their own version of the dating game… the mating game.
You’re ecstatic, a tear comes to your eye and despite all the strange scars you have from the various intrusive experiments they’ve conducted on you, you feel that deep, deep, down they’re all a bunch of softies.
Your psychologist, Dr Marty Shannon acts as emcee and taking your androgyny into account, gives you the names of the ‘persons’ possibly awaiting you just on the other side of the partitioned cell.
She tells you that Person 1 is named Jaana. Person 2 is named Dennis. And Person 3 is named Pat.
Dr Marty then motions for you to ask the first question. You see the video monitor that usually shows you apocalyptic images and animals being slaughtered now has a question on it. You read it aloud:
It is a ‘blank’ where I come from, where do you come from and/or what hostile governments do you work for?”
You smile broadly, this is the chance that you never got 5 years ago… You must now choose which person will answer your question.
