You trot out of the camp, headed north to catch up to the Rangers that are looking for the bandit ambush. Boltigar and Great Jon leave their tent to watch you go. After about 10 minutes of walking you hear the sounds of combat, people hurriedly talking and the thunk of padded weapons on armor. You round a bend in the trail past a large boulder and find two Rangers with their backs to the boulder facing three bandits in black armor of various metal bits and leathers.
