Rest under a tree for a while

You lay by the tree in a field. As far as the eye can see is all grass, the only other things are you, your stuff, and the large oak you rest under. There is not even a stone in sight.
You close your eyes and feel nice and secure. Several hours later you return to consciousness. Roll the d20 (20-sided die). What did you get?
