You are shipped off to the Capital with Arden and Hayden, your new mentor. Hayden gives you some tips. When you're about to get to the Capital you ask a question that's been on your mind for days.
"Why do we compete? I mean, we're forced to, but what happens if we don't, and what happens to the losers?" Arden also looks interested.
Hayden looks uncomfortable. "Well, uh...well, I guess someone has to tell you. If you don't compete or lose, then 2 bad things happen. First, you become a Capital sex toy for a year and a half. So at all times the Capital has 23 sex slaves, and for a few months 46 slaves. Anyone can fuck you and way they want, but they can't do permanent harm to you. I won, so I didn't go through that luckily. That's only if you lose.
