In an epic fantasy world, there is a beautiful princess named Nozomi. She was 7 feet tall, had green hair, and the wings of an angel. She has urinary incontinence and thus,
has to wear super-thick, plastic-backed diapers full time. She was also a master of the bow and arrow, and while her wings don't quite give her the ability of flight, they do enable to run swiftly and glide along the air for short periods. She is regularly dressed in just her diaper and a shirt short enough to leave it fully exposed.
