The nurse scampers out. You wait for an agonizingly long time before another woman enters the room. You guess this must be the doctor, since she's wearing a white doctor's lab coat. Her steel-gray hair is up in a severe bun and she looks at you over the rims of thin metal-framed glasses.

"You frightened your nurse," she says. "I suppose that should have been anticipated, given the nature of your injury. I am Dr. Harmonica Stengle, but you can call me Dr. Harm. You've been a naughty boy. It seems to me that the best thing to do is remove that thing entirely."
